<p>Sellel nädalal on kaks omavahel väga tihedalt seotud tähtsat teemat:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>mina ehk siis iseenda kehaga tutvumine</li><li>tervis ehk kuidas oma keha terve ja tugevana hoida</li></ul>



<p>Arutlege ja vaadelge koos lapsega  tema pilte või siis tema peegelpilti ning uurige koos kus on:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>silmad</li><li>kulmud</li><li>nina</li><li>suu </li><li>keel</li><li>hambad</li><li>lõug</li><li>põsed</li><li>kõrvad</li><li>juuksed</li></ul>



<p>Kehaosadest vaadelge kus on:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>pea</li><li>kael</li><li>keha</li><li>käed</li><li>jalad</li></ul>



<p>Nii õpite selgeks kehaosad ja laps hakkab tunnetama iseennast paremini.</p>



<p>Lõbusasti koos uurides lapse teadmised ja sõnavara laienevad.</p>



<p> Ta teab siis oma kehaosi ja ka seda kus need paiknevad. </p>



<p>Natuke suurematega saate juba koos mõtiskleda mis minu keha katab ja mis on minu keha sees peidus&#8230;.</p>



<p>Keha katab ja kaitseb nahk.</p>



<p>Seal all peidus on palju erinevaid elundeid: </p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>lihased</li><li>luud</li><li>aju</li><li>süda</li><li>hingamiselundid </li><li>seedeelundid</li><li>veresooned</li></ul>



<p>Tore oleks ka lugeda koos raamatuid, milles on palju vahvaid pilte ja jutte sellest kuidas meie keha töötab <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>Nii tekib selge minapilt.</p>



<p>Käelise tegevuse poole pealt on vahva ennast joonistada, maalida, kleepida ja voolida.</p>



<p>Ikka neid samu kehaga  või tervisega seotud asju.</p>



<p>Kõige väiksematega otsige välja näpuvärvid, värvige jala tallad  ja käelabad meelepärast värvi ning vajutage nende käe- ja jalajäljed paberile. </p>



<p>Tulevikus on vahva koos vaadata kui palju jalg või käsi suuremaks kasvanud on. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p>Natuke suuremad, alates kolme aastastest, võiksid juba proovida joonistada oma nägu.</p>

<p>Oma nägu võib ka teha kleepetööna, nii et lapsed kleebivad silmad, nina, suu ja kõrvad oma õigetele kohtadele.</p>



<p>Tervisest rääkides on sel nädalal sobivad teemad:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>miks on kasulik süüa tervislikku toitu?</li><li>miks enda keha ja hammaste pesemine on vajalik?</li><li>miks võimlemine ja üldse liikumine tervisele kasulik on? </li><li>miks on vaja puhata ja piisavalt magada? </li><li>miks rõõmus meel on oluline ja kuidas teiste tuju heaks teha saab?</li></ul>
